HOW TO ENTER

RFID Timing tag required for first round events!

In order to facilitate the live timing Timetrial style first round of competition in the larger regions we will be using the Amarider TrailTag. If you already have one the entry system will have notification of this, otherwise they are available to purchase at R50. If you do not take the purchase option the system will force the ‘rental’ of the tag at the same price. We will manage all rentals as sales so you can simply proceed to checkout. The tags will also be used at future Time-trial style events we are planning as part of the season!

First time Parent entering children

Create a parent profile with all your details: https://entries.spurmtbleague.co.za/register

Once the profile is complete login to your profile: https://entries.spurmtbleague.co.za/login

1. Click on “My Profile”
2. Click on “My Children”
3. Click on “Register New Child”
4. Complete the details for the child and click on “Submit”
5. If your school is not listed please email joanita@spurmtbleague.co.za. Please DO NOT just select any school

You have now successfully registered a child on your profile. If there are more children to register, follow the steps above for each child. Once all the children are registered you are ready to enter an event

1. On the top menu bar click on “Enter”
2. Select your region
3. Select your event and proceed through the steps

A confirmation email will be sent as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Credit Card, EFT and Instant EFT payment methods are accepted.

It is your responsibility to ensure your child’s date of birth, gender, school, region and race entered is correct!

Team Manager entering children

Create a Team Manager profile with all your details: https://entries.spurmtbleague.co.za/register

Once the profile is complete login to your profile: https://entries.spurmtbleague.co.za/login

1. Click on “My Profile”
2. Click on “My Children”
3. Click on “Link a Child”
4. Complete the details for the child (you will require the ID numbers for the children you wish to link to your profile) and click on “Submit” *note that ONLY pre-registered children can be linked* PARENTS to register child in order to sign indemnity (EACH YEAR)
5. If your school is not listed please email joanita@spurmtbleague.co.za. Please DO NOT just select any school

You have now successfully linked a child to your profile. If there are more children to link, follow the steps above for each child. Once all the children are linked you are ready to enter an event

1. On the top menu bar click on “Enter”
2. Select your region
3. Select your event and proceed through the steps

If you have previously entered a child through the system

Login to your profile: https://entries.spurmtbleague.co.za/login

1. On the top menu bar click on “Enter”
2. Select your region
3. Select your event and proceed through the steps
4. You might be asked to verify your child’s details, please click on the verify details and ensure it is correct. You will only be asked to verify the first time you enter
5. If your school is not listed please email joanita@spurmtbleague.co.za. Please DO NOT just select any school

A confirmation email will be sent as soon as the payment is confirmed.
